Hold on Tight!

Wibke Fretz and her children are getting a lot of attention on the streets of Eugene for her custom made child seat attached to the Long Haul she made during her five-month apprenticeship. In the Human Powered Network‘s spirit of transforming “mine” to “ours”, Wibke and all members of the HPN will share each other’s designs along with those made by Human Powered Machines.

CAT & Skinner City Farm

The Skinner City Farm community garden project was created and is maintained by CAT staff and students. It is currently the training site for the organic garden component of the apprenticeship program. It makes us wonder if there is an especially strong gardening gene in cyclists.
